1953 POSTWAR LIONEL 6468 BALTIMORE & OHIO AUTOMOBILE BOX CAR

Description

This is a Postwar 1953 Lionel Baltimore & Ohio Automobile Box Car.  It's in great shape for its age.  It has one double sliding door on each side.  It opens and closes freely without any problems. Couplers are good.  Unfortunately I don't have the original box for it, but it will be packed well for shipping.
I never use a "reserve" when creating my listings, so feel free to bid with confidence.

This was part of my father's vast and cherished railroad collection.  They have been stored in a well ventilated, moisture controlled, smoke-free environment for many years. Since a lot of them may not have been run for many years, I would recommend proper lubrication followed by a break-in period for optimum performance. You may notice some dust and dirt, I will leave the cleaning of these items up to the discretion of the new owner.
