this is a wonderful chuck berry item.
it’s an original cardboard boxing style concert poster featuring him at the village theatre in new york.
1967.
the venue would soon be converted to the fillmore east.
the poster is terrific in itself.
but, 2 things make it even more special -
- it’s signed by chuck berry.
- it has the original ticket stub attached
measures 14”x22.25.”
the poster is great looking.

the poster can be displayed just as it is.
or, it can be restored to look even more fabulous.
there is wear/damage that includes -
the poster has been dry mounted onto a piece of poster board.
creasing in corners
the edges have age toning & there’s edgewear.
some paper loss in some margin areas.
some margin staple marks.
nail hole in upper edge of the 2nd c of chuck.
central horiz fold line.
smudges, creases in areas.
having said all this, the poster is still great looking.
hard to find in any condition.
bears chuck berry’s autograph.
and, the ticket stub is attached.
